1. How prices are set
Group course and course prices are fixed per term or per course. Private, business, and exam preparation lessons are billed hourly, with the rate confirmed at booking and invoiced after the sessions covered by that invoice period.
2. Payment methods
We take cash on completion of the course and bank transfer against invoice. This site never collects card details.

3. Invoicing
For private lessons, business training, and exam preparation, we issue an invoice covering an agreed block of sessions, payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Group course and intensive course fees are payable in full before the first session, either in cash or by bank transfer.
4. Deposits and materials
For business training bookings, we ask for a deposit of 20 percent of the agreed block value before the first session; this is deducted from the final invoice.
5. Late payment
Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may incur a fixed 5 percent late payment charge.
