Who does the work
We don't hand a new tutor a class until they've team-taught a full course with a senior tutor. That's the only way we know the pace works for real students, not just on paper.

Tell Us Your Level and Goal
You describe what you want out of the course, in writing or on a call, and we ask about your current level and available times.

Fixed Quote and Named Tutor
We send a written quote for the full course and match you with a tutor, confirming lesson times before anything is booked.

Course Taught and Reviewed
Lessons run on the agreed schedule, with a written progress check every four sessions and a final review at the end of the course.
Our commitment
If after your first session a group or teacher clearly isn't the right fit, we move you to a different class or teacher at no extra cost. If a paid course hasn't started yet and you change your mind, we refund it in full under the terms below.
