You can cancel or reschedule a booked course place or lesson with reasonable notice. The rules below explain when a refund applies.

1. Cancellation window
Cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the agreed start and you pay nothing. Cancel later and we may charge the cost of materials already bought for you, as stated in the quote.
2. Rescheduling
You can move the lesson date at no cost. We offer the next open slot within one business day.
3. When a refund is due
A full refund applies when we cancel, when we cannot deliver the lessons as agreed, or when the course does not match the quote and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time.
- Full refund if you cancel a course place before the first session has taken place
- No refund once a group course term has started, except in cases of documented long-term illness
- Private and business lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full
