How do I get a quote for a course?
Tell us your current level, your goal, and how many lessons a week you want. We send a fixed price for the whole course before you book anything.
What if the tutor isn't the right fit for me?
Tell us within the first two lessons and we'll match you with a different tutor at no extra charge. The written quote and syllabus stay the same.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of any lessons not yet taken. Individual lessons can be rebooked free of charge with 24 hours' notice.
How do you check a tutor's qualifications?
Every tutor sends us a teaching CV and references before their first paid lesson, and completes a DBS check before working with under-18 students or in a client's home. A senior tutor sits in on their first course.
